Ermida was born on the 14th of April in Presidio Texas to Seferino and Maria Granado. Army grew up in El Paso with her siblings Dora, Raul, Seferino, Mary, and Margie. Her siblings often referred to her as their second mom and she could bake one heck of a carrot cake. Her favorite class in school was tap dance, she graduated from Austin high school and began working at the local grocery store where she would meet someone who would change her life forever.
